For the entire month of May, we are celebrating our love of great food and welcoming the arrival of spring with new menus, a royal package and a celebration of food on film that will leave you wanting more!
NEW SEASONAL MENUS FROM EXECUTIVE CHEF ROBERT BUDLONG
Foodie month has arrived and with it comes new spring and summer menus carefully crafted Executive Chef Robert Budlong and his culinary team. Each of the new menus has been inspired by the season and only the best local produce. Some of highlights include, line caught halibut, spot prawns, Vancouver Island raised chicken, and of course, the ever popular sushi selection from Chef Toshi Minesaki.

ENJOY A $100 DINING CREDIT WITH THE ROYAL PACKAGE
With brand new menus in all of our dining outlets, there is no better time to take advantage of the Royal Package. Starting at $205 Cdn per person, the Royal Package includes chauffeur driven pick up and drop off from any of Greater Victoria’s ferry terminals and Victoria International Airport; overnight accommodation in an ocean view king guest room and a $100 dining credit for use in The Dining Room, not to mention full access to our stunning seaside hot mineral pools, steam sauna and fitness studio. FOODIE FILMS & GOURMET FAIR EVERY TUESDAY EVENING MAY
Each Tuesday evening in May, we will be featuring a foodie film, alongside a selection of theatre snacks, specifically selected by Executive Chef Robert Budlong to compliment the theme of the film. Tickets to this special foodie event can be purchased for just $24 + tax and include both movie admission and food.
The schedule of food-themed movies is as follows:

- May 12 – How to Cook Your Life
- May 19 – La Graine Et Le Mulet (Secret of the Grain)
- May 26 – The Fruit Hunters
FEAST, FOOD & FILM: BRUNCH OF DREAMS
Sunday, May 31 | Brunch 11am | Film 12:15pm
The final event to take place in celebration of Foodie Month at the Hotel is the Feast, Food & Film: Brunch of Dreams event. This event is the perfect way to start your Sunday, with indulgent finger food and a screening of The Dream (El Somni) in the elegant David Foster Foundation Theatre.
