There are 100 hotel suites (vacation suites) with various floor plans. . Some of the 100 luxury vacation suites are available for purchase. Owners will have access to their suite for a fixed number of weeks per year and the balance of time the suite becomes part of the hotel inventory, with contracted revenue paid to you through a lease back program.
