Mineral Pools
Open daily, our heated outdoor Mineral Pool, Hot Tubs, and Saunas are the perfect way to relax and unwind. Amenities at the pool include water and towel service, assigned lounge chairs, use of the Stargazing Sauna, as well as access to the Boathouse Kitchen & Bar. This area is for the use of guests 16 years of age and older.
Our Mineral Pool, Hot Tubs, Stargazing Sauna and indoor Sauna are for the use of Registered Overnight Hotel Guests, as well as our Boathouse Spa Guests who have upgraded their booked spa treatment to include Pool Experience.
For a limited time, we are pleased to offer standalone Sunrise and Sunset Mineral Pool Passes for purchase.

FAQ
The Boathouse Spa, Mineral Pools, hot tubs, and saunas are reserved for guests aged 16 and over, offering a peaceful, adults-only experience.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking your spa experience 4 to 6 weeks in advance.
We kindly request that any changes to your spa reservation be made at least 24 hours in advance. For bookings that include 3 or more services, please provide 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made after these timeframes will incur the full service charge.
Harassment or abusive behaviour towards our staff is not tolerated. We believe in a safe and respectful environment for all. If you are sick or feeling unwell, we kindly request that you call us to cancel your appointment.
For the safety of our staff and guests, our team is encouraged to stay home if feeling unwell. In the event that your assigned therapist is unable to fulfill the appointment due to sickness, we do not offer compensation. However, we will ensure to provide you with the best alternative options available. We appreciate your understanding that such circumstances are beyond our control.
To enjoy the full experience, please plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment.
Your selected services are reserved exclusively for you. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service so we can maintain our schedule for all guests.
Please contact our Boathouse Spa team directly to check availability and add a 2 hour pool pass experience. Hotel guests enjoy complimentary pool access without a reservation.
Access to the Mineral Pools is not included with spa services unless it has been specifically arranged and confirmed with our Spa team. If you booked your treatment online, we recommend contacting the Spa directly to check availability and add pool access, as advance reservations are required.
Spa Guests have the option to upgrade any spa treatment to include 2 hour access to our Mineral Pool, Hot Tubs, indoor Sauna, Stargazing Sauna, the Boathouse Kitchen & Bar and beautiful outdoor pool deck for an additional fee per person. To book this upgrade, please contact our Spa team directly.
Upon arrival, Spa Guests will receive a robe and sandals, as well as access to a locker where all personal items can be stored. As a Hotel Guest, we ask that you arrive in the robe and sandals provided for you in your room. As there is limited locker space, Hotel Guests are asked to leave all personal items in their room.
You are welcome to use our complimentary underground parking. Park on level GP1 and use the hotel entrance.

- Head to Level GP1 of the hotel
- Follow the hallway to the Exit sign
- Turn left toward the pool ramp
- Go down the stairs and turn left. The Spa entrance is just ahead
