What Is Included

An amazing team of event professionals will guide you through every detail of our perfect venue.
We offer block and rate-only booking options for you and your wedding guests.
You will have access to our Seaside Gardens, whether for your rehearsal, ceremony, and/or photos.
After a long day of love and celebration, we offer breakfast in bed for the newlyweds the morning after, as well as complimentary late checkout of 1:00 pm.
The Seaside Gardens
The Seaside Gardens provides the perfect backdrop to your ceremony, offering expansive panoramic views of the Salish Sea in a stunning outdoor setting.
The Theatre
The Theatre features an open concept space: a grand room adorned with Mahogany wood accents, romantic chandeliers, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy the elegance of the space as is or add your own personal touches to make it uniquely yours.
The Executive Room
Featuring an idyllic view of the Salish Sea floor-to-ceiling windows, the spacious Executive Room can hold up to 30 guests.
The Grand Lobby
Available to book October through April, The Grand Lobby provides the perfect winter wedding setting for up to 30 guests.

Due to licensing requirements and quality control issues, all Food & Beverage items are to be provided and served by The Oak Bay Beach Hotel and may not be removed from the Hotel property. This is including but not limited to all catering, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages with the exception of a wedding cake and/or cupcakes made by third party licensed bakeries only. No homemade cakes are permitted.
Absolutely! The Oak Bay Beach Hotel offers block and rate-only booking options for you and your wedding guests. Our team of professionals can assist you in selecting the correct booking type based on your wedding date and size.
The Oak Bay Beach Hotel does not provide any décor but our Hotel Wedding Coordinator would be happy to provide you with a list of local, recommended professional decorators.
